I am from Bangalore and travel regularly to Padubidri for my personal work. My bus reaches Padubidri between 5 -6 am for which I am asked to pay early check in charge but discount is not given even though my booking is done in advance and I check in the morning and check out on the same day evening at least 15 times in a year. The tea bags are not available in the room Sometimes the toilets are smelling

Very good location, Staff are very friendly. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Receptionist Ms.Nishika assisted in visiting sightseeing places like a Tourist guide. WE could cover most of the places in the limited available time. Great stay.

We booked this hotel as a stop over on the way to Pune. We ran into some traffic on the way to the hotel and so we decided to inform the hotel that we would be late for check in. We finally reached the hotel at 3am and yet we were able to check in smoothly. The room was clean and everything was in order. Breakfast here is complimentary and that was decent as well. Overall a good experience.

Horrible Manager Mr.Ganesh. This man has an attitude problem. There is a disconnect between them and Treebo, he refuses to honor any tree no commitment. If you r with a family avoid, they can come up with any lame reason to vacate the room. Have never had this kind of experience with any Treebo booking. Bunch of goons
